Indigenous heritage
From the 16 April 2004, Indigenous cultural heritage is administered under the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2003 and the Torres Strait Islander Cultural Heritage Act 2003 by the Department of Natural Resources and Water (DNRW). The Cultural Record (Landscapes Queensland and Queensland Estate) Act 1987 has been repealed.
